How much will my New Home cost. ?

[ Each House Style and House Plan have different cost associated with finished product. For an exact House Plan cost a final floor plan an any option selection is needed to give final cost amount. As a GUIDE ONLY a Square Foot  Ball Park Estimate is used only (ONLY) as a Guide. Your total job costing will need to include all other items that make up a total project and job.  ]

What is the time frame for my project... ?

[Each New Home Project will have its own unique amount of time spent to complete the project. Home Style, Location, Land, Services, Time of Year. A full review of the project and location as well as the time of year will be reviewed and dates can then be established for the project. Home projects can be as quick as Two to Six Months. ]
