History

Over thirty two years of Custom Modular Home Building and hands on construction operations make up the base of our business.  CMHBS LLC. is short for Custom Modular Homes Building Systems LLC. which is located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, New York. We have been in the Custom Modular Home Building Industry from Manufacturing to Wholesale and Retail Sales, site preparation to completion and and total Turn Key Home Sales, we can do it all for our customers and clients. We have sold thousands of homes over the past thirty two years, and completed hundreds of Turn Key projects for Retail customers throughout the Hudson Valley NY. In recent days we have replaced several homes that were lost due to fire damage in a very fast and quick time frame.   We also have the ability and have completed several Second Story Additions, "add on" to existing older Homes. Such additions seem to be one of the many questions that customers ask. As property is getting harder to find, and good building lots become high priced. The thought of an addition to an existing home is not far fetched. There is a lot of interest in using an older home or locating a foreclosed home by taking it down, and then replacing it with a New Custom Modular Home.

Building Your Home

• We can take on your building project from start to finish and do all the needed areas of work in between. From the planning, floor plan design with CAD computer software, to full sets of construction drawings and plans. From obtaining the building permits to handing you the Certificate of Occupancy and the keys to your new home. As well as site preparation and readiness for delivery of your new Modular Home. We can do all the excavation, foundation, drainage, water well, septic system, porches, decks, garages and final grade. We will complete your project to our contract specifications as well at to your satisfaction in a professional and quick time frame.

CMHBS LLC offers many alternative ways to build with us. If you are in the building or related construction we can package a home for you. If you are a hands on DYS person and have the right experience we will help with your project planning and set up. We will plan and price your project for your needs.
